I did have issues with shipping as a lot of customers have also said. However, after some phone calls with the company. I received new parts from them within a few weeks. For my troubles, they sent me a free rotisserie. The assembly was very easy. Took me about 3 hours to complete. I cooked on it for the first time last night and it was fantastic. Grill assembly went very nicely. I enjoyed putting it together! The box it was packaged in had a strap around one end (why not one on the other side?) that made no sense and was used at some point during shipping to pick up the box and as a result gouged deeply into the box putting a dent into the back of the firebox which I straightened out otherwise there was no damage. Grill functions very well and quickly gets very hot so most cooking can be done on fairly low burner settings. It cooks…
